Just ended the scientific exhibition “In praise of noise” organized by NiPS laboratory, Università di Perugia, at the Genova Science Festival 2009. The exhibition present the role of noise in our ordinary life and shows those sides of noise that are less known to the large public. Unconventional phenomena like Stochastic Resonance and Noise Activated Nonlinear Sensors are discussed within an “educational” framework with the help of posters, audiovisual installations and exhibits.
